李小龍力量!75磅前舉

在之前探討過李小龍50下單手引體上升的傳說。這次我們去探討他在自由重量的表現。
這次証人有三個。分別是:



Dan inosanto-   李小龍弟子、菲律賓魔杖大師
Joe Lewis-  美國空手道界名人
Jesse Glover-  李小龍的第一個徒弟


Joe Lewis - "Bruce was incredibly strong for his size. He could take a 75lb barbell and from a standing position with the barbell held flush against his chest, he could slowly stick his arms out, lock them and hold the barbell there for 20 seconds, that's pretty damn tough for a guy who at the time only weighed 138lbs. I know 200lb weight lifters who 
can't do that."

Joe Lewis話:李小龍力量同體形唔成正比,真係異常強壯。佢可以將個75磅既槓鈴以站式由心口水平放出,再鎖實hold 20秒。佢果時得果138磅,我識一些重200磅既健力人都做唔到呀,佢真係好鬼勁。

Danny Inosanto - "Bruce had tremendous strength in holding a weight out horizontally in a standing position. I know because I've seen it. He'd take a 125lb barbell and hold it straight out".

Dan lnosanto: 李小龍係直立水平支撐重量上有著很強既力量。點解我知?因為我親眼見過囉。佢可以將個125磅重既槓鈴水平伸展架。


Jesse Glover - "Bruce would take hold of a 70lb dumbbell with one arm and raise it to a lateral position, level to his shoulder and then he'd hold the contraction for a few seconds. Nobody else I knew could even get it up there, let it alone hold it up there".

Jesse Clover: 李小龍可以單手將個70磅重的啞鈴由側彎舉到膊頭位置,並停留幾秒。我都未見過有人可以舉得起、hold得住呢個重量。


結論:三人中我認為Joe Lewis 最有說服力,因為佢在空手道界有一定地位,加上其性格,確母須附和他人。
我相信李小龍擁有如此強大的力量,不論外在與內在方面。究竟是什麼方法成就一個如此獨特的人?他的訓練方式有什麼特別之處?
